As a Pilates instructor, my passion is helping my clients improve their strength and mobility, reduce aches and stiffness, and have fun! Pilates is a great way to improve your posture, freedom of movement and energy levels. I don't teach large classes, preferring smaller groups so everyone gets personal attention and support, so you'll get to know the group and quickly feel part of a community. I teach in-person group classes, live online classes and one to one classes in South Cambridgeshire. My classes are friendly, welcoming and fun, and you are always free to ask questions. I provide options for different of levels of strength and experience so there's something for everyone.
