FEEDBACK

Back in January 2018, I was experiencing stiffness and discomfort in my hips and lower back and I was keen to find a way to manage the stiffness and ease the discomfort without necessarily going to the gym.  I’d read an article about Pilates and how this could perhaps help with this condition…  I was slightly apprehensive about attending as I’d never done anything like this before and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up with the rest of the class and do some of the exercises.  I needn’t have worried, Fay was very welcoming and very supportive, and suggested that if some of the exercises were causing me discomfort or that I couldn’t manage to do them initially then I could go at my own pace… For anybody thinking about trying Pilates and coming along to Fay’s sessions I would say definitely give it a go…  Fay is very encouraging and the rest of the class also make you feel very welcome.  I’ve definitely felt the benefits of coming along to Pilates on a regular basis and soon got to grips with the breathing techniques and the exercises.
